Our ESCs(Called Ubox in next) are SUPER STRONGER POWER than normal esc in market. And it’s designed based on VESC(an open source project), It has huge flexible functions in different applications. All these functions setting are open to the buyer. The buyer decides how to apply it in his/her buildings. That means: Buyer is ultimately responsible for any consequences, including injuries, property losses or accidents caused by using the Ubox in user’s builds.

We sincerely highlight it to you:

1. At any application using ubox or other vesc, please USE FUSE or our EFUSE.
2. Take full protection wearing when you’re riding.
3. If you’re new to ubox(or VESC), please feel free to ask questions in forum or to us , you can send us mail , or leave messages to us in our website chat window. If no response in time, we will reply you by mail(Please check if our mail is spammed in junk box)
4. Vesc has huge flexible function settings, but mostly use its basic function from its wizard page. Still suggest you to do learn or research in internet.
5. Open source project firmware keeps updating, we can only try our best to ensure safety of hardware design. Intentional or unintentional misuse of ESC will cause serious injury, property loss, or even death. It is your responsibility to know how to protect yourself and the public from danger.

 About the Quality

We launched ubox v1 since 2019, it’s 4 years passed. We fully experienced and lesson learned and try our best to avoid all possible potential risk in design and production process. We understand it’s highly related with user’s safety, thus we’re super more cautious and careful since the first day when we produce it. Our effort is also proofed in market. Our ubox are widely batch order purchased for escooter(Customer brand is not allowed to be public), eskateboard(Bioboard, Kaly ect.) Any ubox is 100% function test before shipping!

Respect Warranty Policy

It’s DIY-gene product, it’s setting completely open and decided by user. We try our best to keep it 2 month warranty since user’s receiving date. Please treasure this 2 month time, please test it in this warranty time.  Any reported problems after warranty time is no free repair or free replacement！
